Not sure which mustard oil is more your kind? Start here. Use the Yellow for your everyday cooking and open the Black when you want a sharper, more traditional mustard flavour. Two bottles. Two very different sides of mustard.

One litre of each for a kitchen that likes having both options within reach. The Yellow handles everyday cooking easily. Keep the Black for achaar, fish, stronger tadkas and recipes where mustard is meant to be noticed.

Pressed without adding external heat. The temperature a bottle was pressed at is the single most useful thing to know about it.
