These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website immediately.

All products listed on our website are cold-pressed mustard oils and related food products made by BD Enterprises (brand: Telashay)

Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display product information, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free or complete.

Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Availability: Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our sole discretion.

When you place an order on our website, it constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s). All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and major digital wallets through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay). All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Cash on Delivery: Cash on delivery is not available. Please pay online by UPI, card, net banking or wallet.

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting our support team. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible and the return policy will apply.

Processing Time: Orders are packed and dispatched after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Timeline: Home orders arrive in about 7 days, depending on your city.

Shipping Charges: Delivery is free on orders above ₹999; below that a flat delivery charge is shown at checkout. You can also pick up your order from our shop with no delivery charge.

Tracking: You can follow your order from your Telashay account, and we share tracking details once it is dispatched.

Delivery Issues: If your order arrives damaged or leaking, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellation: You can cancel an order from Your Orders at any time until it is delivered. If you have paid, you get a full refund.

After delivery: Once an order is marked delivered, it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded. Please check your parcel at the door and refuse it if it is damaged or leaking.

Refund Processing: Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5-7 business days.

All content on the Telashay website is the exclusive property of BD Enterprises (brand: Telashay) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Trademarks: The Telashay name, logo and label designs belong to BD Enterprises. A trademark application for "Telashay" has been filed in Class 29. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Content: All text, images, graphics, videos, product descriptions, and design elements are owned by Telashay or licensed to us. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written consent is prohibited.

User Content: By submitting reviews, feedback, or any content to our website, you grant Telashay a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for marketing and operational purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BD Enterprises (brand: Telashay) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Website Use: Any errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies in the website content or functionality.

Product Use: Any adverse reactions or issues arising from product use. Our mustard oils are natural food products; please check ingredients and consult a healthcare professional if you have allergies or health concerns.

Third-Party Services: Any issues related to payment processing, shipping, or other third-party services integrated into our platform.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

Dispute Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Telashay regarding your use of the website.
